I have to disagree. It's too wide in my hand and after long periods of use sometimes causes aches in my hands. I have short stubby fingers and the PS3s slimmer design feels better for me.
Analog stick placement doesn't make much of a difference to me though. I use them both effectively, but honestly I like the DS3 much better. It's more comfortable, but really I like and can use them both without much problems.

Even though it looks amazing, I'm trying to not get my hopes up cause you never know it may not be consistent in it's quality. I hope that doesn't happen, but that's why I'm taming my excitement.

I just finished this game yesterday (well the singleplayer anyways,) and it's a solid JRPG. 7.5/7-ish is what I would rate it. Short singleplayer, still 25 hours isn't too bad considering there's tons of things to do online with the game.

That list is terrible. Each of those games did well in both reception and sales.
Games such as Haze, Too Human etc. deserve to not deserve the hype they got. They deserve to be on the list, not games that are good. MGS4, Gears, MW2, Killzone 2 etc., met the hype. They all turned out to be really great games and as according to the industry as a whole, it's a fact.
Here are my thoughts on the subject:
Lack of party chat is utterly stupid. Only game mode that may need it is Search and Destroy. The others it doesn't matter considering you can speak to your entire time the entire time anyways.
As far as noobtubes go, well, they are a real weapon and are use commonly in the military. Stop complaining and just play. They really aren't all that effective anyways, at least in my experience.

Me either. I owned NGII on 360, but I'm still getting this. I've had it pre-ordered for quite some time now. The demo was quite amazing, and Ayane is awesome.
I'm anxious for this game, but the next three weeks are going to be killer for me. I've got NGS2 next week, followed by Demon's Souls the week after and Uncharted 2 on the 13th.
I'm going to be a busy gamer in the next three months, and I'm going to enjoy the crap out of it.
Well after owning both of those games on 360 (Star Ocean and TOV), I'm not mad. Of course I have the option of picking up them both on PS3 as well (which I may do with Tales since I got rid of my 360 copy,) because I refuse to be a blind consumer.
Sure I won't lie, I prefer my PS3, but even still, I'm not going to deny the 360 and Wii either. Ultimately it's about the games and without owning all three systems (or 4 if you include the PC,) you get left out and I refuse to do that...
I agree. FFXIV should be on 360 as well. The bigger user base the better.
FFvXIII should definitely stay as a PS3 exclusive and I'm going to bet that Tetsuya Nomura will make sure of that. I think he's the one keeping it from going multiplatform because I assume he wants to use every possible ability that the PS3 has.
Then again, since we haven't heard nothing from it, maybe I'm entirely wrong. In the end I shouldn't really care considering I own both a PS3 and 360, ...
I think if anyone needed it, it is definitely the XBOX. It'd give MS a chance to fix the RROD and other hardware malfunctions.
Sony needed a price cut and they did it while also introducing a new PS3 model. MS just needs to redesign the 360, the price is just fine I think. I'd probably replace my 360 60GB Pro with a new redesigned 360 as soon as possible if they made one. I think it'd also be good for the industry.

Well, I guess that D never played Fallout 3's The Pitt. That was easily one of hardest decisions I've had to make in a video game.

What games came out for the 360 to get it to sell that high? I can't think of any honestly. Nothing comes to mind except multiplatform games and even then they aren't system sellers as far as I can tell.
Maybe I missed something? I'm 99.5% sure that the PS3 outsold the 360 in March simply due to God of War III.
Guess we'll find out in a couple of days. When does the NPD comes out exactly this month anyways?
